In 2008, a culinary dream took flight when Kalpana Shah, a passionate baker, began her journey of baking cookies from the heart of her home kitchen. She started with a single retail store, determined to share the joy of freshly baked treats with her community.
A Rapid Rise
The moment Kalpana delivered her very first order and returned home, fate smiled upon her. A bigger order came in, and from that point on, there was no looking back. The demand for Puffmaster's delectable creations grew rapidly, and Kalpana decided to take the leap and expand to local retail stores.
A Family's Support
Kalpana's husband, a pillar of unwavering support, encouraged her to set up a dedicated bakery within his factory. This move marked a significant step in Puffmaster's journey. Tragically, shortly after setting up the bakery, her husband passed away, leaving Kalpana with the daunting task of carrying on alone.
Perseverance and Resilience
Despite the challenges she faced, Kalpana's determination and love for baking endured. She persevered, continuing the business she and her husband had built together. Her dedication to creating high-quality, hygienic products remained unwavering, always infused with the love and touch of a mother.

Kalpana's sons, inspired by their mother's passion and resilience, joined her in the business. Together, they worked tirelessly to scale up Puffmaster, introducing a diverse range of product categories. Kalpana, even at the age of 60, continues to personally oversee production and maintain the highest standards of quality.
